Communication Skills
This workshop provides an introduction to the various forms of communication – written, spoken and unspoken. It offers the opportunity to identify what constitutes good communication, and some of the influences that can damage communication.
Who should attend?
New or potential owner-managers and proprietors of small businesses who are not experienced communicators, or experienced in customer-facing roles. It would also be useful for employees who are new to front-line customer-related jobs.
