Below are some buffet menus for illustration purposes. The precise content of the buffet will depend on availability of fresh ingredients on the day:

BUSINESS BUFFET
A selection of sandwiches on fresh bloomer bread:
Tuna Salad, Tuna Sweetcorn, Tuna Cucumber, Egg Mayo, Cheese Savoury, Cheese Salad, Mexican Vegetarian, Coronation Chicken, Chinese Chicken, Lemon Chicken, Barbeque Chicken, Chicken Mayo, Cajun Chicken.plus... crisps, biscuits & a selection of muffin quarters. All this for just £5.50 + VAT per head (minimum of 5 required).

EXECUTIVE BUFFET
Assorted Sandwiches on Sliced white and brown nutty bread, Quiche, Mini Samosas, Pork Pies, Savoury Mini Eggs. Chicken Goujons, Cheese, onions and sausages on sticks. Tortilla Chips, crisps and Crudities with dips. Fresh Fruit Basket or Cake Selection. All this for just £9.50 + VAT per head (minimum of 10 required).

All the Chicken is Halal and you are welcome to choose veggie alternatives or half and half.

For meetings of less than 5, we have a selection of sandwiches and snack from the Library Bar.

A PROPER BRADFORD CURRY!
If you're new to Bradford, you may want to end your morning training session by sampling one of Bradford's finest curries for just £8 + vat per head. A sample menu is available and we'll arrange everything.
