It's simple. Buy a memorable fax number from us via our ONLINE CONTROL PANEL and follow the instructions. Each number costs just £59 for the year and there are no additional costs to receive faxes. To send, we only charge 25p per page to another UK landline fax number. There are NO minimum monthly fees!

Once set up, all you do to send a fax is to create a message in your email system, such as Outlook, as you normally would.

In the Send To field, enter the the receivers fax number and our domain as follows: customerfaxnumber@GBfax.com.
Press Send and you'll receive email notifications from us that it's been successfully sent, etc.
You can also attach a Word doc file or pdf if need be too.

All inbound faxes will be as pdf attachments so you can save them somewhere secure or print them out.
