This is our most popular package. As well as a credible business centre location and Teletracker number, the Full Virtual Office provides you with a professional telephone answering service, answered in your company name.
We are not a call centre. Our small team will get to know your business and respond to your customers in a professional manner until you are able to get back to them. One call could pay for the whole year's service!
The Virtual Office 60 includes our team taking up to 60 messages and emailing them to you (or via text for FREE).
We can also transfer calls to your office, home landline or to mobiles, whichever you prefer.
Calls outside of our 9am to 5.30pm office hours, are directed to wherever you want, including to your very own Voicemail which instantly emails you any recorded messages!
Calls taken beyond the agreed 60 call allowance are charged at £1.20 and you may want to consider upgrading to another TARIFF.
Please note: We try our hardest to filter junk calls, though you will appreciate that this is sometimes difficult and calls lasting less than 12 seconds in duration are not counted!
