We can give you a presence locally or across the UK very quickly and very inexpensively.

Our Virtual Reception service includes a UK geographical or 0845 number. All calls to it are diverted to our telephone answering team who will answer in your company name and in a polite and friendly manner (9am to 5pm).

Any messages will then be emailed or texted on to you as you prefer (at no extra charge). However, should you or the caller state that it is a business critical message, we'll call you to let you know (up to 5 outbound calls per month).
Calls outside this time can again be directed wherever you want, including to your very own Voicemail which will be instantly emailed to you!
60 inbound calls will be answered by us per month and this is usually more than ample for most people's needs. However, a charge of £0.95 per message will be applicable beyond this amount in any one given month.

Please speak to us should you expect a heavy response from a promotional campaign so we can answer the call in a more specific manner. We may also be able to make it cheaper for you.

You will also have the use of our eFAX number 0870 625987 to add to your promotional materials. All inbound faxes come to us in electronic format (pdf) which we then forward on to your preferred email address.

The Virtual Reception price below includes one UK telephone number AND our telephone answering service . It is also subject to 17.5% VAT.
